Manufacture of batteries using COS process.
A multipurpose flux for the manufacturing of all batteries using COS process.
The flux is mainly recommended for brazing Pb/Sb alloys but can be used also for Pb/Ca alloys.

Organic flux with halogen in aqueous solution.
Application
Derivative of Fluxak 1028 without surfactants, suitable for small batteries manufacturing.
Pollution of separators is avoided thanks to its weak wettability on lugs.

Directions for use
Must be used pure.
It can be applied by dipping or by impregnation: on both cases, impregnation height will not exceed 1 to 2 mm.
