1. Retention and use of your personal data

Data collected via our enquiry form” is recorded in a computer-file to answer demands about STTS services. Data is kept one year and only accessible by STTS. According to Data Protection Authority Act (CNIL), you can exercise your right to access, correct, cancel that information by contacting STTS by post: rue de la distillerie, Z.A.E La Neuvillette, 60240 Fleury or by email: commercial@stts-flux.com

2. Consent and processing of your personal data

By ticking the mandatory consent box before sending each form on the www.stts-flux.com website (I authorize STTS to contact me...), you explicitly authorize the storage and the transfer of your data for being contacted by STTS. You authorize a sale consultant to contact you for business purpose or for providing you with personalised information about our services.

3. Withdrawal of consent to your personal data

You have the right to access, modify and/or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us:
- by post at STTS, rue de la distillerie, Z.A.E La Neuvillette, 60240 Fleury, by registered letter with an acknowledgement of receipt, please include a copy of your ID or passport; 
- on site at our premises, entry upon proof of identity. Data Protection Authorities (CNIL) specifies: "It is possible to be accompanied by the person of your choice. The consultation should last long enough to take note conveniently and completely. It is possible to request a copy of the data." The person responsible for the file has a maximum response period of 2 months from the date of the request, whether it has been made by post or on site.
According to Data Protection Authorities (CNIL): "If the application is incomplete (absence of ID document for example), the person responsible for the file is entitled to request additional information. The time limit shall then be suspended and shall run again once such information has been provided".
