Nitral 1110 is a brazing paste: one product with flux + brazing powder + binder.

Physico-chemical characteristics
Grey color paste, odorless, made with alkaline earth salts and AlSi12 powder.
It has a very dense and uniform consistency, ensures an optimum efficiency for various applications such as tubes brazing or complex assemblies brazing, and whatever your heating method (furnace, induction…).
Application
Non-corrosive formula for brazing under inert atmosphere (CAB) within temperature range between 560-600°C.
This paste is water-free and can be used with Aluminium with low Magnesium content.
Precautions and recommendations for use
Refer to health and safety datasheet before use.
Directions for use
Must be used pure.
It can be dispensed manually by cartridges or by brush on the joining surface before furnace step.
The product has a limited shelf-life and can’t be stored over 30°C.
