Physico-chemical characteristics
Paste formulated with chloride salts and complex inorganic fluorides, and with an inorganic solvent.
Colour: white.
The viscosity can be adjusted by adding organic binder.
Application
It is useful for complex assemblies.
The flux is recommended for brazing aluminium in the automotive industry, household and other equipment.
Precautions and recommendations for use
Refer to health and safety datasheet before use.
Directions for use
Apply the paste with a brush.
Residues are corrosive.
So, it is necessary to wash after brazing to eliminate residues. Immerse the still hot components in a cold-water bath, then rinse with a 5-10% nitric acid solution at 50°C and finally rinse with water.
